Ken Duke, who originally entered the staffing industry in 1989 with Tri-Starr Personnel, founded the Kennmark Group in 1997. Ken continues to serve as President of the Kennmark Group, while maintaining his affiliation with TMSI, a highly respected national leader in Third Party Logistics Management, which is a spin-off company of Tri-Starr Personnel.
